  • It's important to protect yourself and others from flu by getting the flu vaccine if you're eligible.
  • Flu vaccination is important for people aged over 65 or those with long-term health conditions, who are at greater risk of serious illness.
  • If you have a child between 2 and 4 years old, or a child at primary school anywhere in Northern Ireland, you can help protect them from flu with a free nasal spray.
  • If you’re pregnant, catching flu could cause complications. Help protect yourself and your baby by getting the flu jab.
  • Community pharmacists in Northern Ireland can give advice on medicines and healthy living. No appointment needed.
