Money raised for the Fetal Medicine Unit at Royal Victoria Hospital

Many thanks to Claire and Mark Murphy for helping to raise £2552, with the help of the British Legion, for the Fetal Medicine Unit in the Royal Jubilee Maternity Hospital.

The fetal medicine team had helped care for Claire during a complicated pregnancy with her baby son Kain, who was born in May this year. Thankfully Kain is now thriving.

The fetal medicine team are extremely grateful for the Murphy’s kind donation and thank everyone who has contributed. The money will be spent on improvements to the unit and education/research in fetal medicine by the team’s Puffin Trust.
