Today is World Hand Hygiene Day at Belfast Trust - SAVE LIVES: Clean Your Hands

The primary focus of this year’s campaign is to improve hand hygiene practices in all surgical services through the continuum of care, from surgical wards to operating theatres, to outpatient surgical services.

The Belfast Trust’s surgical teams are showing their commitment to clean safe care through the use of hand hygiene at appropriate times at all stages of the patient’s treatment.
