Help To Quit

Stopping smoking might be one of the hardest things you’ll ever do but it is also one of the best – and you don’t have to face the battle alone.

There's lots of free support on offer and by using the support that's right for you, you'll be boosting your chance of quitting for good.

Or talk to your GP or local Pharmacist

The first day without cigarettes is often the most difficult, which is why for this year’s No Smoking Day has teamed-up with NHS Smokefree to offer a free support tool called One Day Quit. Together, we’ll help you beat the cravings and stay smokefree on the first day of your quit.

By signing-up to the One Day Quit, you’ll get encouraging emails and messages of support by text on No Smoking Day, 12 March, when you need them most.

Ready to commit to quit?

Surveys have shown that smokers are more likely to successfully quit if they have the support of family and friends. Why not tell the world that you are quitting? You might inspire your smoker friends to do the same!
