Run and have fun with Jog Belfast

As a member of the Belfast Strategic Partnership, Belfast Trust works to implement a programme that addresses life inequalities for the people of Belfast.

Our latest programme, Jog Belfast, is a free, fun 10 week physical activity programme for beginners. Starting at venues across Belfast in September, the aim of the programme is to encourage people who have not run before to get active by taking up walking, jogging or running.

Pictured (Left and Right) are sisters Ruth and Emma McDade and Deirdre Phillips (middle) who are all keen joggers.
