Translink have introduced a new hourly Metro service to Musgrave Park Hospital.

Metro service 92 is now calling at the hospital site, with a stop close to the entrance and drop off and pick up points around the site. The service starts from Belfast City Centre and travels along Donegall Road and Boucher Road.

Phillip Woods, from Translink said, “Following customer feedback we are delighted to be introducing a new service calling at Musgrave Park Hospital. I would remind passengers that travelling by public transport still represents excellent value for money.”

Mandy Magee, Senior Manager from the Trust who worked with Translink on the introduction of the new service said “We are delighted that the Metro bus now travels through the hospital site, stopping at all the main buildings. This will make a great difference to our patients and their visitors, especially those with reduced mobility.”

Mandy added “We hope that the improved bus service will also encourage more staff working at Musgrave Park Hospital to make the switch for their daily commute from their car to public transport, saving them money and reducing traffic congestion on the site.”
