When we receive a referral letter from your GP we will normally aim to send you an appointment letter within two weeks. This will tell you the date and time of your appointment and which consultant you will be seeing.

Most of our new patients are seen within 13 weeks of referral. However, this is not always possible due to very high demands for certain of our regional specialties.

If your GP feels very concerned about your condition they are able to directly contact any of our staff, who are normally willing to see very urgent cases within one to two weeks.
