Refreshments (Vending Services)
You can get drinks and light snacks from the vending machines in the A&E waiting area. There is a coffee bar at the shop on the ground floor, and restaurant facilities for visitors are available on D Floor. Public toilets, including those with disabled access, baby changing facilities and telephones are available for your use.

- There is a 50% surcharge for visitors

Café Connect
There is also a separately run shop and Coffee Lounge (Café Connect) on the Ground Floor of the Tower adjacent to the right hand side of the Main Reception Desk.
The shop is open from:
- 8.00 am to 9.00 pm (Monday – Friday)
- 9.00 am to 7.30 pm (Saturday)
- 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Sunday)
The hours for Café Connect are the same as those for the shop but closing takes place ˝ hour before shop closing times.
