The Centre is located opposite Forestside Shopping Centre. Pedestrian entrance to the building is via the lower ground floor from the Upper Knockbreda Road, vehicle entry is from the Glencregagh Road into the Forster Green Site.

The Knockbreda Centre is operational 24 hours 7 days per week to facilitate after hours community services. Contact with these services is strictly by telephone only. See numbers below.
