Interpreting Services
The Belfast Trust provides a Regional Interpreting Service for all Health & Social Care Organisationsthroughout Northern Ireland.
If a patient comes into hospital who does not speak English either as a first or competent second language, staff will contact the regional Interpreting Service to arrange a face-to-face interpreter.
The service has over 200 trained, professional interpreters, covering 33 Registered Languages
