Visitors are welcome at any time, apart from meal times. However, if a patient needs help with feeding, their relatives/friends are welcome to become involved.

Enquiries

The telephone number for patient enquiries is 028 9090 2000. Relatives may ask about a patient's progress, although limited information only can be given over the telephone.

Musgrave Park Hospital switchboard has a TDD system (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf or Minicom) with its own number. Deaf and speech-impaired people who have a TDD/Minicom terminal at home, can call Musgrave Park Hospital and enquire about relatives, appointments etc.

Two minicoms are available from the Communications Advice Centre (CAC) for use on the wards and may be borrowed by patients to ring home or take calls from home.

Car Parking

Limited car parking is available at Musgrave Park Hospital. Please respect parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities.

 

Smoking

Musgrave Park Hospital has an "Action on Smoking" policy. Patients should try to give up smoking before coming into hospital. Visitors are not allowed to smoke anywhere on hospital grounds.
