Class 9. Public Involvement and Consultation

Green Park Healthcare Trust consults service users on the following areas:

  • Major service developments
  • Equality issues
  • Patient satisfaction levels
 

The Trust has 9 committees on which service users are represented:

  • The Physical and Sensory Disability Group
  • The Quality Management Committee
  • The Wheelchair Users Forum
  • The Prosthetics Users Forum
  • The Neurology Patients Forum
  • Care of Older People Patients Forum
  • Project Board for the relocation of the Children's Respite Unit
  • Regional Acquired Brain Injury Unit User Group
  • Complaints Monitoring Group
 

In addition the Trust maintains a link with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) and the local community through membership of a local security forum.

 

The Friends of Musgrave Park Hospital and the Friends of Forster Green Hospital both advise and support the work of the Trust.
