Continuing Professional Development

It is the policy of the Trust to maintain and develop the knowledge, skills and abilities of its staff so that they continue to provide and develop high quality services to our clients/patients and resident population. Training and Development opportunities are afforded to all staff in terms of professional development, management development and personal development.

The Trust contracts with the Beeches Management Centre for Training & Development Courses. A prospectus is published by the Beeches annually and is available either directly from the Beeches Management Centre, Hampton Manor Drive, Belfast or the Trust’s Human Resources Department. Notification of in - service programmes are circulated to relevant staff in advance.

Vacancy Advertising

The Trust currently uses the 'Belfast Telegraph' as its primary media source with a small number of temporary vacancies being placed with local job markets and online.
