Young Peoples Centre/Regional Adolescent Psychiatric Inpatient Service

	Service Provided The Young Peoples’ Centre provides a Regional Adolescent Psychiatric Inpatient Service. Young people aged 13-18 with mental illness and psychological problems are catered for. Copeland unit offers a wide range of interventions appropriate to the needs of the client group. There is a focus on short-term treatment and assessment. 10 College Gardens also offers a wide variety of therapeutic interventions with a focus on mid to long-term treatment. Both units incorporate a multi-disciplinary team approach to treatment.
Accessing the Service: Referral to this service can only be made by other healthcare professionals.
