About Brae Valley
Brae Valley House is a 30 bedded residential home providing 24 hour care for older people with dementia. Day Care is provided every day, and is flexible to the needs and wishes of the carers and the individual. Care, which is provided by a team of well trained staff, is holistic and is focused on the individual needs and preference of each resident.

Accessing the Service
Referral to our service can be made through Care Management following an assessment/diagnosis of dementia by a psychogeriatrician.

Eligibility Criteria
The service is for people over 65 years old, who have a dementia.
