Children with Disabilities Team

	Service Provided A team of social workers and a community nurse who have skills in understanding disability. They can offer assistance to children and young people who have a range of disabilities including severe learning disability, physical disability, hearing and visual difficulties. The community nurse provides services to those with severe learning disability.
