Carers Services
Carers Assessments
A Carers Needs Assessment will look at the care or support you provide as a carer and how it affects your life. It will explore what support you have and what support you may need to help you if you want to continue caring for your relative or friend. It is an assessment for you as a carer, not the person you care for.

One-to-one Visits
Staff will visit carers on a one-to-one basis at a venue most suitable to them. They will provide education and support in relation to the condition of the person they are caring for and develop strategies to enable them to care effectively whilst also looking after their own needs.
