Community Placement Scheme

	Service Provided The scheme is a partnership between the Trust and Barnardo’s and provides a fee-paid family placement service for young people between the ages of 14-17 years who cannot live with their own families. The general aim is to provide care, control and support for young people, with families or single carers, as an alternative to residential/custodial care.
Accessing the Service: Referral to this service can only be made through a social worker
