Residential Homes for Older People

		Service Provided Our service aims to provide skilled care and support to physically frail and mentally frail older people in a homely therapeutic environment which promotes independence and ensures people are treated with dignity and respect. We offer both long term and short term support.
Accessing the Service: Referral to this service can only be made by other professional such as care management, social work assessor teams, cpn or psychogeriatrician
