Supported Housing for Older People

	Service Provided Supported Housing aims to ensure that each tenant has an opportunity to live as independently as possible within a carefully designed environment where risks are identified and minimised. The service focuses on each tenants unique situation and recognises the value in working in partnership with the tenants and their families. We aim to provide person centred care and support services where individual empowerment is promoted and enabled. • Fairholme has 40 flatlets and caters for elderly people who may have physical or mental frailty including people with dementia. The Trust also provides Residential Homes for Older people.
