Supported Housing for Older People
Supported Housing aims to ensure that each tenant has an opportunity to live as independently as possible within a carefully designed environment where risks are identified and minimised. The service focuses on each tenants unique situation and recognises the value in working in partnership with the tenants and their families. We aim to provide person centred care and support services where individual empowerment is promoted and enabled.

Fairholme has 40 flatlets and caters for elderly people who may have physical or mental frailty including people with dementia.

Sydenham Court has 22 single and 3 double apartments catering specifically for people with dementia.

Mullan Mews is specifically for people with dementia and has 5 interlinked terraced houses. Each house accommodating 6 tenants in a small group living model.
How to Access the Service
Application can be made through a care manager or social worker.
Applications must also be made to Housing Executive, but you social worker or care manager can help you with this.
